1. Weekly Live Zoom Interactive Training
One Zoom training per week.
Each Live Zoom training is 60 minutes: 30 minutes for sharing innovative career building models, tools, strategies and practical tactics; and 30 minutes for Q&A and discussions.
All for the price of less than one professional development course or career coaching session. The price will increase post pilot.
2. Community and Support Building on Circle
Each week, we'll share one to two prompts on Circle (similar to Slack) for you to work on following our Zoom live training.
You can share your work and questions with us and other students. We can all share feedback, solutions, or suggestions. Your goal is to have both clarity and progress. Working on the right things matters.
If you're not familiar with Circle, no worries. We'll show you and you'll be on the platform with ease in no time.
(Fun fact: Slack was just bought by SalesForce for US$27 billion but Circle is better for our pilot project. So we'll use Circle for building our Pilot)

Comments from a student admitted into the PILOT WORKSHOP
Just what countless women need in this job market. Bravo...
Hardest part has been to be taken seriously as a professional with solid skills and not some “glorified” admin who “does all that others can’t/won’t do”. My can-do attitude has been a detriment to my career growth as I defy the scarcity principle and spread myself thin in order to keep the boss(es) happy.
They think what I do is easy and thus not really that valuable. I’ve tried to negotiate a better position/pay but I’m extremely uncomfortable talking about my true worth and how much I actually deserve. I don’t come across firm and unyielding and thus get turned down easily.
I’m excited to attend the workshop to learn/test-drive what I’ll learn in a practical setting so I’m more confident and self-assured when asking for what I deserve. This is a great time to attend the workshop as I’m exploring a career change and considering professional opportunities in tech by upskilling. I am proud of my personal brand and would like to monetize it effectively.
